Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Earnd mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

Description of Service

Earnd is a mobile application for tracking your earnings in real time. Set your working hours and hourly rate, and the App calculates how much you have earned. All data is stored locally on your device - Earnd does not communicate with any external server.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes.
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Not use the App to violate any laws or regulations.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Earnd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimers

Service Availability

• We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will be error-free.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Earnd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
• Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Earnd from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland (Rzeczpospolita Polska), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kraków, Poland (Sąd właściwy dla Krakowa).

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Earnd regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
